Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Used for the following -
Wound healing: speed up wound healing by getting more oxygen to the affected area (e.g. used for diabetic foot ulcers).
Sports Injuries: Can promote faster healing of damaged muscles or tissues, reduce inflammation.
Brain Injuries: HBOT has been used to treat traumatic brain injuries and stoke. Reduces inflammation and promotes new blood vessel growth.
Burns & tissue injury from radiation: Can promote faster healing of damaged tissues, reduce inflammation.
Serious infections & gangrene: Promoting increased oxygen to fight bacteria and in some cases preventing amputation.
